Welcome to Breeze Cakes! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience


Order Notice

We require a minimum of 5 days notice for all cake orders. This allows us to source the ingredients, additional equipment and dedicate time to creating your perfect cake.

- if an order is placed with less than 3 days' notice, a late fee of $50 will be applied

Deposit Requirements

A non refundable deposit of 30% of the total order value is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your order.

- If the deposit is not received within this time, your order may be cancelled

Final Payment

The remaining balance of your order must be paid in full upon collection or delivery. We accept payments via our invoice system or cash.

Delivery & Collection

we offer delivery services with a minimum delivery fee of $15 within Upper Hutt area. Delivery fees will increase for longer distances and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

- If you prefer to collect your cake, please ensure that arrangements are made for the agreed-upon time.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes to your order such as cake flavour or design must be made at least 4 days prior to your scheduled delivery or collection date. cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your delivery or collection date for full refund of any amount paid , excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Allergen Information

While we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, please note that our cakes are made and prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, gluten, and dairy. If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us at the time of booking.

Custom Designs

We strive to create cakes that meet your design expectations. However, please be aware that due to the handcrafted nature of our cakes, minor variegations may occur.

Liability

Once the cake has been delivered or collected, we are not responsible for any damages that occur after handover. Please ensure proper care and handling to maintain the cakes quality and appearance
